“I envision an Orthodox Christian community, devoted to worshiping God, and living the Gospel in the hope of our Salvation”

Welcome

Welcome to All Holy Spirit!

The Church that started in Jerusalem by Jesus Christ, and that has travelled through more than 20 centuries and numerous countries has arrived in Omaha, Nebraska, with Her undiminished and unaltered Orthodox Christian Faith and Practice, through the Greek Orthodox Church. Today, our apostolic doctrine, worship, and structure remain intact, as the living, physical and historical organism of the Body of Christ.

“Orthodox” is a Greek word meaning "Correct-faith" and it has been used for centuries as an adjective along with "Church" to communicate the Catholic Church from the heretical and schismatic groups. As we read the Nicaean Creed every Sunday, we confess like those before us that we are the "One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church."

We are a diverse group of people. We are joined in our faith in Jesus Christ and our love for one another. We are a Community learning and growing into our divine heritage as children of God.

We are dedicated to sharing Orthodoxy with you and building up the Church in “West-O” at our future home at 192nd and Dodge.

We welcome you to come and meet us! We welcome you to join us! Enjoy our site!
